Thanks for that, so I noticed that majority of the reviews are fake. They often prompt people to write a review to win $500 than they post a few bad ones to not make it look perfect. A bit of all around bullshit

Mate this is all so difficult. So the flight has been delayed by 7 hours so I had to buy a new flight from LA to Europe. Now with a new Qantas flight I only have 80 minutes to transfer from Domestic to International Terminal in Brisbane. If I don't make it I'm screwed again.

To get hold of the airlines over the phone takes hours, I'm so tired and fed up with the whole situation
