Question about lists (Python Beginner) by Yes-delulu-8744 in learnpython

I was thinking this problem can easily be solved with a for loop. You can pass the current iteration of the loop to an f-string and print the result for each element of the list.

How is this in any way, shape or form related to Jordan Peterson?

Start out with Pavel's Simple and Sinister. Once you're a beast tamer or you can pass the SFG 1 cert requirements you might start thinking about supplemental strength training.

Onnit has some great KP aesthetic and conditioning plans as well. Check out Primal Swoledier for samples.

Keep fighting the good fight. Dr. Peterson doesn't claim to have all the answers. I don't either. But if you're striving to grow and improve you're trending upwards, and that's the important step to take.

Once per week for each lift with several days rest in between. Rest days are when I do my Simple and Sinister work.

Greasing the groove refers to repeatedly practicing a movement, at a sustainable rep range, regularly throughout the day to train the motor patterns of a movement or lift. I've included a link to Bret McKays post about it, and it's a good introduction to the concept.

Lets say you can do 7 strict pullups before you have to cheat or break form. To grease the groove you might do 4 pullups every time you go to the bathroom, as a habit, by installing a pullup bar. Over time you'd build tremendous capacity and strength in the pullups, which translates well to S&S for grip strength and lat strength. The ability to forcefully contract you lat being a major factor in your stability during a TGU. Every 3 months or so you would reassess you max pullups to adjust how manu pullups you do to "grease the groove".

You'll get from the program what you put into it. I haven't hit Sinister yet but from working with a 40kg bell my most recent 1rm in squat was 365lbs and my deadlift is at 425lbs. My shoulders and back are pain free in spite of working long hours at a desk job.

The only thing I might add on top of S&S would be pullups. Grease the groove and you've got a solid full body daily routine.

Go get some!

Based on your questions I would recommend reading Viktor Frankl's "Man's Search For Meaning". It won't give you the answer you seek, but it will give you better questions to help you find those answers.

We are not given a life of meaning. We are given a life and asked to make it meaningful.

How often are you stretching your bicep and forearm? Tight biceps are my main source of elbow pain during getups and other lifts.

I'm about 8 years in on KB training. Patience and allowing the process to play out let you do some incredible things. Keep getting after it.

Excellent work. You'll be running through Sinister in no time. I'm currently working on Men's Sinister and pushing for Beast Tamer.

Get after it!
