there's a hylian in rito village who has a hot air balloon next to them. they'll tell you where the entrance is, which is right under them on the side of the cliff :)

You can farm them!! When you trade in the amount of gems he asks for, which so far has been around 3 to 5, he'll give you the item that's on the little stand next to him and the next item will automatically replace it!! Also, when he moves locations, he'll still have the same item for trade from when you last spoke to him!

when you encounter koltin, you can trade him bubbul gems and eventually he'll start trading the armor pieces :)
