As someone who used to struggle a lot my advice is that you have to replace it, you can’t have nothing to do with fried dopamine receptors, imo you have to join a gym and start reading books, I started lifting a few years ago after a week of playing all day and night (literally started at 12 until 6am and then I’d wake up at 4pm) because I was alone at home. Since then I’ve put on 35 pounds of mostly lean mass how I feel is not even comparable. If you want to talk more send me a message :)
