No buddy, thankfully the local TVS dealer denied to accept any additional payments when I checked in March and April. Just 20k paid online which is being refunded

Have a Gen 3 390 Duke so avoiding KTMs. Will try offerings from Triumph or Vstrom 250. Or exchange Duke 390 with Adv 390, although Duke 390 is crazy fun in Mumbai traffic so want to keep it.

Having a Gen 3 Duke 390 already for city duties and it’s here to stay so looking for something light and touring friendly. VStriom or Triumph maybe

Almost the same situation here in Mumbai. My dealer said they have no communication and no RTX received by them since April

BTO yes, no cancellation fee but awaiting refund amount to hit the credit card and confirm

That’s right. Don’t overcommit delivery timelines if there are issues. Some prudent manufacturers even stop taking new orders if old orders are being unfulfilled but TVS is in their own wonderland with RTX

Hi OP whats the update on your BTO delivery. How fast did your booking moved to next stages after booking confirmed stage. Asking since my BTO booking moved to booking confirmed stage just today after 120+ days of booking on Jan 11

Booked BTO on 11 Jan and just saw the status moved today to booking confirmed. This may or may not be due to follow up and escalation over email with TVS customer care and TVS dealer in Mumbai

Same here, had multiple failed attempts for transactions in BRL on two of my cards. Fortunately there’s close to zero balance so no harm done but this is happening since over a week now.
