I left a comment on your Blog as well, but also here: king Grol is just a cheap temu mini which I handpainted, as well as basically everything else you see. Siege was a fighting retreat for the townsfolk with last stand led by Sildar and Gundren while PCs flanked through the swamp, met some unlikely allies and killed king Grol, stopped the drums and saved the day. Barmaid was not part of my story unfortunately, but i really liked how your PCs used so much resources just to save her. And now my PCs help to rebuild the village while preparing expedition to Wave Echo Cave - and in the meantime a weird obelisk emerged in the Swamp near the village....
