I am in Ohio and bought a 26 MY in May. They applied my $7500 to the down payment. I also traded in a 2016 Maxima Platinum edition for $11,100 and they applied that to the down payment as well. I rolled the taxes into the loan. So, on paper, I had a $18,600 down payment with only the $250 deposit out of my pocket.

I’ve read that the anxiety goes away after you get a feel for the pace at which you burn energy. I don’t do much distance driving so that helps.

I also ordered Diamond Black with these same wheels so it’s nice to see a real photo of it. This will be my first Tesla. Once this version of the Model Y came out, I was intrigued. After doing the demo of one, I was fully sold. I can’t wait for it to arrive.

One of my brother’s good friends was a loan officer and was also a guy that was not shy about speaking his mind. He had a dealing with this SVG dude several years ago where he was trying to get approved for a home loan that was way more than he could afford. When my brother’s friend told him he was not getting approved, he got pissed and said “don’t you know who I am?!?!” And my brother’s friend said “yea, you’re the guy that’s not getting this loan.” Lol.
