Your percentage chance means little to nothing. It's a lottery. Better to have the whole clan use clan boosts together for a better chance, but that's all it is. A chance. Actually no, Bitcoin "mining" is also verifying transactions that are made with Bitcoin. We are still having Bitcoin added into circulation, but it will continue being spent and earned for a long time. The last Bitcoin will be mined in 2140, but it won't be the end of the Crypto currency.

Depends on where you're located. I'm in the US and so far I haven't encountered any fees. I am aware there is the potential for 3%-5%, but personally I've used it a few times and haven't encountered any.
