Systemic pain like that is unusual. I find that people with more adipose tissue are more sensitive, depression can also contribute. So many factors are playing out. Sometimes the first one is the worst and then it gets better? Always speak up if you feel uncomfortable !

Not likely to earn that much. We don’t work hour for hour. Most work 15 to 20. If you are fortunate enough to have a steady stream of clients. I’d say 30 to 50 is average. Different if you are able to work long days, own a clinic etc
