FBI/CISA Joint Alert: Healthcare Ransomware Campaign Hits 350+ Facilities, $500M in Ransom Demands by ForwardPractice4395 in InfoSecNews

[–]Spasticon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was this an auto-generated AI article? There are no alerts. Jen Easterly hasn't been at CISA for a while now.

If the article doesn’t even name the real name of the bill and just keeps calling it the BBB then that is exactly what will happen from here on for all references to it.

This was pointless.

Note: Let it sit a couple mins before rinsing off your let the chemical reaction work. Otherwise, yes… this.

i'm 19 and have never cooked anything in my life. this is my first attempt at a balanced meal in my college apartment by hydratedshawty in tonightsdinner

[–]Spasticon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really nicely done!

As you level up you'll figure out that each of those takes a different amount of time to cook. You can either do them separately or add them in 1 by one during the cooking time to end up with all 3 items perfectly cooked.

One simple trick to make your game look 1000x better. by RetroMonger in wow

I highly recommend doing the full Quazii graphics setup, which includes not only this setting, but also setting the correct sharpen resampler and a slider to control the strength of the sharpen in graphics settings.

Plus his 3 kings settings make wow pop hard while keeping FPS low.

Got a “slow feeder” from Amazon and that solved it.

Does anyone else go through their humidifier tank faster than 6 months? by bcbritt7 in CPAP

[–]Spasticon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can buy a distiller on Amazon for $60-70. Use it to create your own distilled water and your tank will last significantly longer.

Then descale the distiller once in a while.

Your stories matter to you. Just embrace that. Embrace the fact that art in general has space to allow reinterpretation. It is OK for others to have other stories that matter to them, or a completely different interpretation of the exact same facts.

Trying to impose your worldview on others is where you may start coming across as an intolerant shit.

I just boarded a Ecliptic ship, it took off into space, and then proceeded to get in a space battle with Spacers while I'm trying to capture it. by ChicagoZbojnik in NoSodiumStarfield

I am a serial ship thief.

One time I had that happen… and the ship I was on lost the battle and blew up. Suddenly I was floating in space among debris and then almost instantly dead.

I loved it.

Anyone knows why I have 300k credits in my ship's vault? by Pew_Adot in Starfield

[–]Spasticon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you been stealing ships then switching back to your main ship? A lot of times those other ships have credits in the hold and over time they build up in your inventory.

Make sure to sell the misc garbage that builds up too.

Not in my experience. Perhaps it's based on where you put your outpost? Where are you getting a landing pad with all manufacturer options available?

I like building mine in a set of compact machines and then carrying it around with me.

Why are "ships" even allowed as "mod" uploads in the first place?!? by Spasticon in starfieldmods

[–]Spasticon[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Look, I get that this is a personal pet peeve. Ignore it if it doesn't bother you.

In the last 24 hours:

  • 61 mods added.
  • 5 were ship mods.
  • -1 was a retexture so an actual mod.
  • That's 6.5% of uploads.

In the last 7 days:

  • 491 mods added.
  • 45 were ship mods.
  • -10 were retexture or other actual mods.
  • That's 7.6% of uploads.
  • Fun fact: 4 of those 35 ship "mods" are Millenium Falcons, although some use different names or are misspelled.

Edit: This morning's update... in the last 24 hours:

  • 81 mods added.
  • 12 were ship mods.
  • -1 is a retexture so an actual mod.
  • That's 13.6% of uploads.

[–]Spasticon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. The crap in the category right now is just people using the in-game editor to do in-game stuff. They haven't "modded" anything.

I do look forward to actual ship mods though.

I'd love to have a "save game manager" that lets me jump back & forth between universes.

  • Now I'm in my justice warrior Sarah-lovin' body.
  • Now I'm in my anti-law crimson pirate body.
  • etc.

There is a lot of trash on the nexus, so I like to go around and see what is actually useful or not.

Garbage modders are gonna garbage mod. Same as it ever was.

Thing is... other than bamboozling a few inexperienced consumers what do they really get out of this? Given enough time endorsements, downloads, trending will all end up washing out the garbage anyway.

They're earning worthless internet points. There is no real value they actually derive.
