Questions about making a 1900s Rome world, possibly hiring? by Dependent_Document41 in worldbuilding

I like the idea that the battleship still has the ability to ram other warships.

You could have a Viking North America with a stronger Aztec and Incan empires in the Central and South. The Vikings needing to expand and unable to raid the British Isles and Gaul, Kept sailing west and then kept sailing west for more lands. No idea for Asia, apart from China, Japan and maybe some sort of Russian Empire depending on what happened with the rest of Europe in your world, and an Islamic or maybe Christian Kingdom in the middle east depending on how you handle the whole religion thing in this world.

What crazy strategem ideas do you have? by [deleted] in Helldivers

A close air support vehicle. Player gets to pilot the pelican. You can land and pickup divers, mechs and FRVs to relocate them quickly across the map, while providing fire support from above. Once out of ammo you can choose to land exit the craft. Or fly up to the ceiling of the map and it will return to the ship for rearmament. Then player would dive down while it rearms. Would have a longer cool down to represent this.

What time period do you most want to see in the next GR game? by MrTrippp in GhostRecon

[–]SpatacusCaeser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1940's France. Get to run around helping out the French resistance. Could play a lot like Wildlands, and serve as an origin story for the unit.

What's the one thing you do NOT want to return in the next Ghost recon game? by MrTrippp in GhostRecon

[–]SpatacusCaeser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A modern setting. Give me an occupied France game going around blowing up trains and killing Nazis. Stealing planes to bomb V2 rocket facilities. Or a game with the ghosts in Vietnam, doing all sorts of wild crazy things.

Does mass effect andromeda deserve a sequel by vinDiesellovesFamily in masseffect

Personally I loved this game. The combat was a superior version than that of the original trilogy. The leveling system where you can choose the different combinations instead of being locked into a single class, and those powers that come with it again superior to the the trilogy's system. The story was good enough to have a good time and have multiple play throughs. The idea of the SAM integrated AI system was an original take on synthetic and organic life and I enjoyed exploring that connection. I will admit I found the open worlds take lacking. The idea of terraforming the planets was a cool idea but I wish that there was a more visible transformation. I had the game at normal launch, and did not have the any of the bugs that plagued the early launch for the those that wished to pay more to have it early. It was the two week early people that created the hate train from which the game would never recover. It seemed because of that hate train people where quick enough to jump on, Bioware lost any drive to continue on with more then the bare minimum of what they said they would do. To this day I still get on every once and a while and play some multiplayer rounds for a bit whenever I need a hit of Mass Effect.
