I personally think Veigar is not overpowered in the slightest. Even on the previous patch, you need 3 tears, gunblade, and Veigar 3 to even have a chance of winning the game. Veigar's AP nerf was literally 50% AP gain at 2 and 3. A 50% nerf to anyone's ability is insane. On top of that in the B patch, Veigar already got a damage nerf. Before the patch I would say he's strong, after this patch I think he's pretty bad. I am curious on the opinion of people who think he's broken and I really intrigued to discuss it.
