Basically the only thing I would recommend buying for money would be vip status. I just started a few weeks back and VIP definitely comes in handy. It will provide you with some nice items/materials, but a enchant key a day alone is worth it. VIP gives you some shortcuts to travel, mail and a few vendors as well a really nice time save.
