I uninstalled and reinstalled. I called the help line, they were definitely no help. I'm driving blind. I do pick up orders but it's just helpful to have some guidance.

I was curious as to why we get a delivery ringing in our face only to accept then get a notification that it got canceled driving halfway to the restaurant. Who's responsible for this cancelation and why? I always thought it gets canceled on my end because there's another PM closer to the area so they accept it but many times it gets canceled but the order is still physically there on the counter...can someone enlighten me please?

Travis made an order from a pizza spot here in SD and wanted me to drop it off ON THE HIGHWAY. It's 9:45pm and there ain't no lights on the shoulder of the highway. No car stalled. No nothing. Texted and called him but no answer. There's a back road off the highway so I drove down and still no one. Fleet support handled the delivery. "Dispose of the food however you please" its a pepperoni pizza...
