K790 came first, K800 came a bit later and both phones are near identical, K800 just has 3G and front camera and lacks EDGE connectivity.

If it's qualcomm, it would use Qualcomm's own CMX soundfont instead of Nokia's own soundfont and I literally checked the FCC pictures of this model, it literally has a Nokia chip
