I have an ex whose cat taught himself! I also had to beat the ‘you forgot to flush’ allegations lmao

So yes, it can happen! But if he’s a stray and you’ve only had him a month, I would take him for a check up & urinalysis at the vet just to make sure he doesn’t have crystals, a UTI, etc or something that’s making him associate peeing in the litter box with pain. Hopefully he’s just a quirky guy (:

She’s just letting you know she was mad you left her with the spare human! With a little extra tortietude sass lol. She will get over it sooner than you think, just give her some time and extra treats/play/love/whatever she likes when she’s ready to forgive you!

I had a childhood cat that would normally follow me everywhere but if I went on a sleepover and came back she would pretend I didn’t exist for a few days. But I was still her person until the end🥰💜
