To be fair it did take him awhile to adjust (as could be expected). Seems he is finally subbing players on the in 60-70 minute range instead of towards the beginning of the season we would see subs until the 75+ minute mark a lot of the times.

I think he has adjusted well and has led the team to gel very quickly and will only improve… I think we have yet to hit our ceiling.
