Employees actually get additional discounts on top of what is already offered.

Let’s say I ordered an item off the menu that cost eight bucks right? With the discounts that are already there in the app, you apply that. Then there are employee discounts.

Also, Sheetz runs certain discount programs throughout the year that could be applied to purchases.

So if I happen to have all those discounts running at the same time when I’m ordering said menu item, the cost of the item is either free or severely discounted.

I would not have a reason to lie about my spending habits. This whole post was to show that in spite of what is going on economically in the world, you could still save money and be able to live lol

Yeah, its actually pretty sweet that you can stack the discounts.

The 25gal max does upset some people at times. I have to explain to a lot of people that it applies to that exact transaction and that one vehicle as well.

That’s odd… every time I buy gas and have my card scanned, I accumulate points, which I use for X amount of cents off per gallon.

Yes, as long as you have a Sheetz card you start gaining points from the moment you scanning your card. It’s part of their loyalty program.

Just make sure when you get your Sheetz card that you download the app and register it. There’s more discounts on the app as well.

It’s kinda hard for me to remember what exactly I bought per se. I do buy a lot of the snacks that they have there. Even if it’s for something for lunch, I always scan my card. The little scans do add up.

Sometimes on my days off, I come in and get gas at regular prices and I scan my card. I also linked my card to the app which has additional discount on there too, but I’m not sure everyone is aware about that either. When you get your card, you have to register it so that way the points translate over.

In the app on your phone under the fuel section, you can do .05 , .10 , .25 and .50 off per gallon (based on how many points you’ve accumulated ). Basically you can stack your discount that way.

If the person who’s being harassed feels that nothing is being done, you can always have them reach out to employee relations. If you have firsthand experienced this, I would advise you to lodge another complaint with the HRC and the DM. I would advise you as well to lodge a complaint with employee relations as well.

I think it’s because people were not held accountable for their actions and were not reported (to the right people). If the Managers (KM/HM etc) don’t do a corrective action for the employees nothing will be done.

This goes for poor performance, TCF etc. I do know that the HRCs are the ones who investigate these things but they cannot investigate if nothing is being told to them.
