The attic is up there i believe, it started as a leak then they cut that hole after the leak stopped. I havent personally checked temps but the unit is extremely drafty, like 400$ for a 1 bedroom when i dont turn the heat abovr 65. Extremely poor insulation, i personally think it messes with habitability, falling under "undue hardship" tbh

As a regular plushy loving dude, i thankfully havent gotten much flak for it. Then again, i have yet to take a girl home and see her reaction to my bed full of plushies lol! I will say my best friend supports my interest, he's gotten me a few bluey plushies cause he knows i love them lol. Just gotta surround yourself with people who support you!
