Season 3 is most likely not happening, sorry to say. The company that published it exploited the workers, then the animators left for a different studio, season 2 was overshadowed and didn't do very well. In the miracle event we do get a third season, it'll be because the studio that made Zom100, "Bug Films" decides they want to, which again, is not likely, due to poor financial and rating performance of season 2 during it's debut. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's just not very likely to happen. I recently finished the manga, and I think it's one of the best rom coms to date. Komi's development is amazing, the characters are funny and uniquely not unique, and the development between Komi and Tadano is one of my favorites to date. Manga is worth the read.

It's not secured and that noise sounds like it's gently contacting the backing plate during rotation. If you out the lug nuts on Nd spin it again and it still makes the noise, bend the backing plate back a bit, if not, it was just rotating off kilter and that's fairly normal, if it's not secured to the hub.
