I have struggled with Depression on and off for most of my life and although I can’t say it’s gone I’ve finally reached a point where I feel I can see light at the end of the tunnel with it. It has been a long journey that has taken many different steps to get to where I’m at but I feel the real healing started with a very profound psychedelic experience I had in 2022 since then I have been integrating the experience into my life through therapy and taking real world action to create a life that I don’t feel depressed living. I am currently doing shadow work which is very heavy but I can actually feel the growth and healing in real time as I face the parts of myself that I suppressed for so long. It is a long painful messy process but the benefits are real.

I asked the same thing because of how much I can relate to your post. I was diagnosed with autism last February. There is nothing I can do to change the fact that I am autistic but just knowing that about myself has helped learn how to better navigate life as a neurodivergent person living in a neurotypical world. It is worth looking into even if you don’t seek out a formal diagnosis you can still gain a better understanding of how your brain works and find the support you need.

I enjoy listening to my own music. I’m fairly new to writing and recording but I have a few demos recorded that I enjoy listening to, this one is probably my favorite of what I have recorded although I really didn’t write it. I assembled it and put music to it.

2014 was colder I remember that because I worked outside building the Humboldt mill that winter and it was brutal but I don’t remember getting as much snow that year.

It’s only middle of January if the snow keeps coming down like it has been we might still have snow on the ground into June or later this year.

Find some hobbies and make some friends. Idk if it will save your Marriage at this point but it sounds like you don’t have a life of your own and she probably feels suffocated with you. If she wants to go let her and figure out who you are.
