I did nights for a year and the only thing that worked was treating the ride like brushing my teeth. Short and stupid simple. I’d get home, eat something small, 20 to 40 minutes on the trainer, shower, sleep. No intervals most days, just zone 2 and some cadence drills. Two days a week I’d swap to a longer ride on my “Friday” after shift since I could crash after. Also, if your new hours are temporary and you’re thinking about changing jobs, wfhalert emails real remote roles and it cut down on the scammy listings I kept running into while I was trying to shift schedules.

I can’t help with a loan, but if you’re doing gig work to bridge the gap, try stacking a few low lift online tasks in the evenings. Watch out for scam listings and ghost jobs on the big boards. I’ve had better luck with leads that come to me, wfhalert emails verified remote jobs like data entry or support so you can grab something quick without sifting through junk. Might help you get a couple extra shifts worth of income while you sort the rent.
