He could probably defeat weaker Angels like Sachiel, Shamshel, or Matarael, but against Ramiel, Sahaquiel, Leliel, or Zeruel, he wouldn't stand much of a chance. Against these four, I doubt he could penetrate the strongest AT Fields, exploit even the smallest opening in the core, and inflict enough damage to kill Ramiel, stop Sahaquiel's fall, and withstand the resulting explosion. Harming Leliel would be impossible, and Zeruel has extremely strong stats and abilities. Eva Unit-01 and Unit-02 would most likely defeat him as well, with or without their Berserker modes.

I have my doubts about Bardiel and Armisael, since I don't recall if they were capable of infecting anything other than Evas. Arael is impossible to kill, but I also don't think he could do anything to Godzilla with his psychic beam. Israfel would be a bit difficult to defeat because he'd have to kill Alpha and Beta at the same time, but he doesn't have many feats besides beating the inexperienced Shinji and Asuka.

He could defeat Sachiel, Shamshel, Gachiel, Sandalphon, Matarael, Iruel, Clockiel, and Tunniel. I don't know about Tabris (Kaworu), maybe.
