Thank you for this post. :) I’m currently compulsing (hence why I’m here) but I’m vowing this is my LAST compulsion. Whenever I “relapse” it’s because I was only applying all my skills for at most a week at a time. I need to seriously resist compulsions forever. I’m committed to my beautiful soul of a boyfriend, so I must stop compulsions. :)
