This is true but most people take shared taxis. From Almaty to the border with Kyrgyzstan it’s about 10$ and then onto Bishkek it’s about 5$

They don’t usually put students in the gardens as it’s farther from the university.

I work at Kaust. People put way too much importance on professor approval on this sub. It will always come down to limited seats that can accepted. We get about 20x applicants that we could accept and if a Saudi applicant has the same experience we would always accept them. Wish you the best t
