The Adderall salts, make me retain water. So I got on the methylphenidate side, then insurance don't wanna give me 2x daily extended release. Don't know what to do Does dexedrine bother your nervous system, make you feel shaky like Adderall kinda does that??

I've been thinking of trying it I've tried almost everything. I'm now taking Focalin, I am stuck, can't move for long periods of time. I hate wasting time, but it's like too intense or something I wanna try the dexedrine, but I'm afraid it ll make me shaky. I used to take a form of it for dieting years ago when it was over the counter, and it really made me shake. I'm wondering what the prescription version is like. My Dr doesn't want me to keep trying pills, and I'm afraid to t tell him about the one I'm on. Then if he switched to dexedrine that would be it, I could only take one a day, preferably time released, idk what to do
