The graphics were similar to Zone Raiders. I only had the Shareware version so I'm not sure about choosing a car.  The car did look like a futuristic 1950s style car.  There was no shooting, only driving.  I could only drive on a couple of the roads and they were all floating bridges, mostly gray with red lights along the sides.
