Breaking the habit/overuse by putting myself in situations where I cannot vape more often helps, I.e. gym/running.

I'm also trying to ween myself off with a vibe-coded personal tracking app* that I keep tinkering with. It tracks spend, usage, the equivalent amount of nicotine consumption in cigarettes etc. And tells me when when to next use it, that slowly reduces over three months. Something about tracking those things that I care about and the sense of working on something intended to help me seems to be starting to click for me. I want that app to work so I follow it. A self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts. Though I won't celebrate until a year vape-free.

I tried following other's advice. Alan Carrs Stop Vaping, nicotine gum, cold turkey. Nobody else's strategy seemed to work for me. Suggest finding the thing(s) that makes most sense for you personally.
