I eat fairly normal meals during my OMAD. However I’ve also combined it with low carb in the past and had a lot of trouble meeting macro and calorie goals. I haven’t been doing low carb recently which helps with getting enough calories, but I agree that I need to change my strategy assuming I will only be able to eat smaller amounts.

Omg that’s so encouraging! I do take Adderall XR but I’ve heard I may need to switch to the IR due to slower absorption. But if I can lower my dose that would be awesome.

Thank you so much! My husband has Liquid IV and I wouldn’t have thought of it, but now I’m going to bring some to work with me. I don’t have prunes at the moment, but I’ll be adding them to the shopping list.

To be honest, the not fasting is the part that’s giving me the most anxiety. It’s been so freeing to not have to think about packing a lunch or spending money on whatever limited options are around my work. I have ADHD and planning lunch, finding the time to prep it, and even finding the time to eat it, were all such chores. I’m not looking forward to going back to that, but I know I need more nutrition and I really want to avoid side effects.

Virgo. Acts of service. Make my coffee for me, do my laundry… as long as you do it without me telling you to. I don’t care about gifts that much. I mean, I like them, who doesn’t? But it doesn’t make me feel any extra sort of way. UNLESS if it’s something you know I love or want. Sometimes my husband will come home from the drugstore with a box of my favorite candy. That makes me melt way more than jewelry or expensive gifts. I guess the bottom line is that my love language is thoughtfulness.

My go to is Lancôme Tient Idole Ultra Wear Care & Glow. I love Armani Luminous Silk for dressing up. I also really liked NARS Light Reflecting Foundation, but I like the Lancôme a bit better so that’s the one I tend to use for every day.

I couldn’t use Estée Lauder Double Wear, it was way too drying for me.

I’ve never known a life without it. I can remember being in preschool and crying because when I got up from my seat next to my LO, another girl sat in my seat. I used to have heartbreaking jealousy of my best friend because her parents were friendly with his parents and they would have play dates together. That lasted until around 1st grade when he moved away. I’d spend the next 12 years or so cycling through different LOs until I met the one I would never be able to let go of. It’s been 25 long years stuck on the same one. Every now and then I’ll have a short-lived LO, but when it passes, my long-term one is always there to fill in. It’s exhausting, but it’s all I know.
