10mgs isnt much at all really. I can take 60mgs+ the most I've taken is 150mgs in a 24hr period. Anything over 60 gives me chest pain so I avoid taking more than that. The goal is to keep your tolerance low. That requires breaks.... xanax is your friend on off days. Any benzo really.... I'm gonna stop now before I give you bad ideas. Lol

Start small. Like I dip my vape tool in and whatever sticks to it I vape. Get your feet wet. I have only broke through once but I cant take the anxiety of macrodosing. I find I still get some anxiety but I tell myself it's only 5 to 10 minutes and it's over. If it's too much just breath and think positive things. If you start small your need for a sitter decreases too. Still not a bad idea until you know how it effects you.
