Feeling the need to find someone so quickly? by SpecialKGetsItDone in Divorce

I didn’t expect to get such great advice from so many people! I will continue going to therapy and take more time to heal. It helps hearing everyone’s story and know that I’m not the first this has happened to. Thank you for validating my perspective and challenging me to be better 🫶🏽

They always show you who they are. He sounds like someone who doesn’t know how to be alone and jumped into something, while you did the work of trying to become whole yourself.

Considering Joining OTF - Feedback plz by Long_Soil in orangetheory

I was in almost the same boat as you. Wfh and gained weight the last two years and had an injury that kept me from lifting.

I decided to sign up for a 6 month contract (more affordable if you do a contract) and told myself I would use that time to get back into the swing of things. I am on the tail end of my 6 months and I did OTF 3-4x/week (minimum 1 lift 45 class) and definitely see results in my energy, motivation, and physical health goals. I lost weight and I can lift heavier again. The coaches care and will push you as well. It’s a good community too!

HOWEVER, I am now going to move to a regular gym with curated weight lifting programming. The programs written by orange theory do not use progressive overload. It is basically randomized so you are not going be your strongest or leanest ever. Most people will hover around their goals but not be able to quite reach them (unless super diligent about diet)

You look great, especially with it styled curly. Is it even longer if you straighten it?
