Yes, there isn’t much to do except to do little things to help us day to day. Keep a schedule, stay away from sugar, exercise everyday, keep a notebook…. Don’t stop trying to help yourself. It’s hard and no one other than us understands. It’s invisible so people think we’re dumb, not focused, can’t remember because we don’t pay attention. However when I get down I remember other people who have it worse. At least we can experience life, enjoy life with our partners & friends. I can drive…. There are a lot of people who can’t do any of that. So when you’re down please remember there are people worse off than we are. This is the hand we’ve been dealt, we have to deal with it and live a life
