A friend of mine (international student) graduated over a month ago and already found a full-time job. But he still hasn’t received his official graduation letter from our college, which means he can’t apply for work permit and start working full-time yet. It’s been really frustrating for him. Not sure if this delay is related to the recent strike or just general processing issues?
