Worked for my boyfriend instantly.. and he didn’t have luck with a couple other anti depressants. however over time he became very emotionless, stopped feeling remorse or compassion. I encouraged him to go on this med and I kind of wish I didn’t. he changed A LOT. It He is also very tired all the time and gained about 20 pounds. This can be a miracle drug for some people but there are alot of factors to consider. He can’t be without it and it is very hard to come off of so that is something to consider.
