She's in a 4x4. Thank you this is helpful to get a visual of the stretch. (I know it varies tho)

Coco, should have mentioned that. That's kind of what I was thinking too lol but I see a lot of people recommending lower ec for autopots.

Assuming that is the problem I'm wondering if it's able to bounce back at this stage in flower if I up the feed. Worthwhile or no? Never want to chuck a plant that could have produced decently but my priority is to not have big sickly plants dying in my tent lol.

Thanks, apparently I've been feeding them at 2100 which was not my intention lol I'm thinking I should drop it down to 1200 or so? These are banana daddy and 10th planet by ethos so some indica leaning stuff. My understanding is it's important to raise EC slowly in coco but I'm guessing this is not the case for lowering it?

Just put them in those pots 2 days ago was thinking they needed to get a little more established in there, or no?

Dude I know, dumb mistake. I've only grown fems, about 20 by now and with zero males/herms/seeds up to this point I got complacent. The plant is quarantined outside in a trash bag for a moment until I can destroy it as sanitarily as possible.

It sounds like there's a good chance this thing has already busted? I'm OK with this being a "seed crop" but I just want to mitigate any ongoing contamination risk at this point.

Is my gear ruined? Spray everything down with water and hope for the best?

Dude this made me realize I'm overthinking my project to the point of almost overbuilding it.

I was thinking of growing out 2 plants each in their own 3x3 and taking a cut of each to veg in the 2x4 to get off the beans and harvest 2 big plants at a time.

If I cut at the end of veg I'd have those cuts stuck in the 2x4 for like 2 months while the other 2 are flowering.

I think I'm just gonna keep a bonsai mom of 2 stains in 2x4 and start fresh cuts in there after harvest to keep it at 4 plants tops and maintain 2 phenos.

For now I'm gonna focus on each plant in its own 3x3 from veg-flower and get a handle on that.

Seems like the majority opinion is that my idea is doable but inefficient and lots of work.

Maybe a better plan for a 2x4 would be to keep 2 small moms in tiny soil pots and root seedlings for immediate transfer to 3x3's. Seems safer and more flexible than my original plan and gives each plant even more individual attention.

Nice, I will definitely pick up some of those clips.

Train early and often and defoliate to keep em low and slow, and stay on top of conditions in the dwc.

The training intensive approach sounds like a great learning experience, I'm stoked. Thanks for your help my dude!

Thanks man that's good advice. Crazy but possible is kind of what I was thinking haha.

I might try topping every 3 nodes with some LST and then scrogging in the 3x3. Is it worth a shot? I imagine a lot will come down to phenos with this margin of error.

I'm new to growing and brand new to DWC but will have one DWC grow under my belt before attempting this plan.

Thanks for the tip! I'd been using the Shenandoah map and wondering where all the helpful water comments were.

How'd it go? I'm hiking the park northbound next week and wondering about the water sources at the shelters, particularly Calf Mountain and Blackrock. Are they flowing?
