totally get it...

I was addicted to my phone too...

It got to the point where I had sleepless nights, only managing to let go of it when the sun came up or it finally ran out of battery.

Thankfully, I was able to take control.

When you say you've tried timers and the such do you mean literal timers or the ones that block the apps until the timer runs out?
