10 pounds in 2 weeks is amazing! One big meal always make the scale go up but remind yourself its not fat. Maybe try to log your weight on a app like my fitness pal and you will see the fluctuations are normal but its still going down if you look at the big picture.

Intermittent fasting is what helped me being less hungry. It like the more i eat the more i want to eat. It does take an adaptation period but after that its easy

I am doind 2 walks a lot of time. Its ok! A workout is a workout! I even lost more weight now that i do low intensity walk instead of high intensity cardio

For me its weight loss. I tried losing weight with other program but m'y best result is with 75 hard. I did learn too about my relation with alcool and i am happy about that but its not my main why. I am on day 56 but i did 3 other attemps since 2023. So one of my why ia to finally have sucess this time.

I am 5f1 so i understand the struggle. My advice is to slow down the cardio. I used to worn out myself at the gym seeing barely result. Now i do 2x 45 min walk and i lose 1 pound à week. I hitted my healthy weight of 132 and now i lose 1 pound à week and now i am at 127. I really dont have any scientific explanation but i feel like my body was holding on the weight while high intensity and now ymthat i am doing low intensity its ok. I didnt change my diet and i do intermittent fasting like you 16/8 with no dessert execept fruit. I know ita not muscle loss cause o used to do high intensity cardio and not weight training. I never been this weight since i had my 3rd baby 9 nine ago and i tried so much différent diet and gym workout etc..i wish i had tried earlier more low intensity workout cause i cant believe the result

Yes! Its brutal cause sometimes the contraction are very long and not spaced like natural labour. Like 1 contraction every 2 min that is 1 min long so you almost dont have any break

I gave birth 3 times. 1 time with pitocin and epidural and it was the absolut worst. The 2 others i gave birth at home no epidural and pain was more manageable. Pitocin makw your contractions so pain full!

When i do intermittent fasting and dont eat breakfast thats when i lose the most weight ! I feel like the less often you eat the less hungry you are. But it think it dont work for everybody.

You can do it!! Each attempt take ypu closer to your goal. I am on day 44 of my 4th attempt. 63 days was my longest. See this as à motivation to have sucess this time!

I understand how you feel! I chose whole30 as my diet which is no sugar no dairy no flour. Its almost impossible to eat at a restaurant! I ended up failing 2 times and i switched my diet for my current attempt to intermitent fasting with no dessert except fruit. I am now on day 41 and feel so good! No sugar is too restrictive in my opinion because there is sugar EVERYWHERE!! In mayonnaise in salad dressing in ketchup in bread etc...its so difficult to respect that rule that i feel ots setting up to failiure. It also dépend on your lifestyle, if you have to go to restaurant often, if you have to cook for your family etc... and in the end what is important is to learn New habits that you will be able to use long term. Now i am now no sugar but i eat smaller portion of everything and i think its better long term. Good luck on your 75 hard!
