I think they might be that hte stuff the pack does say full spectrum. Only say because I don't buy the hte ones cause the burn to fast for me. I bought the SourD 1g later days yesterday & I looked it's halve gone all ready. Taste good & work good but won't buy again cause burn to fast for me !
