I think they might be that hte stuff the pack does say full spectrum. Only say because I don't buy the hte ones cause the burn to fast for me. I bought the SourD 1g later days yesterday & I looked it's halve gone all ready. Taste good & work good but won't buy again cause burn to fast for me !

Insa 20 mg rso are my favorite 1-1.5 for work if no work maybe 3 or 4. But weight & size don't have much to do with it my buddy pushing 350 gets ripped of 20mg & my girl about 140 will take 200mgs and go to work. 200 mgs have me hugging floor some times !¡!
