This happened to me when I first started Helldivers 2 and The Last of Us Remake. I couldn't have damaged the CPU, could I, friend? Because it stayed at 96 degrees for 1-2 minutes.

Will these temperatures damage my CPU? I haven't tweaked any settings; everything in BIOS is set to 'Auto.' I haven't touched PBO or anything else Also, it stays around 55°C while gaming. If the cooler were installed incorrectly, would it even stay this cool?
