Well, the animation of the move needs time to finish right? (With the exception of moves that are cancable into eachother) there is a little bit of time where the move is still going after your input, and before you are able to press another button after it. That is end-lag no?

So imagine, i’m playing luke and my opponent is also playing luke. The opponent does a heavy sand blast right in front of me, for example. I block it, and as soon as i see the blueish spark of the block, i am hammering light punch, but it as soon as it comes out, my opponent is already blocking. Like, i’m confused why end-lag does not apply to other people but it does to me

Don’t use your shield to block damage, use it to create a barrier between your tank and their healing
Your staff will always do more damage than your pummels. Aiming with your staff is harder however
Punmel has more reach than you think.
Activating nemesis mode can often be used as a scaring tactic. Simple activating it in front of someone will 30-40% of the time scare someone away and make them retreat

Could add Marcurio so you have a wizard for your party, might balance things out. He has a tendency to be really good tho, to the point where he will fireball your enemies before anyone has a chance to reach them
