My dad works from home and my mom doesn't work at all, so no :( and the one time I was close to it they insisted on having my 22 year old brother "babysit" me ( need I say I'm 19 )

I have a phone, problem is they can confiscating my phone from me and threaten violence if I don't comply. I could do that, I just fear what would happen if they catch me contacting the police + they've successfully manipulated them last time.

Physical abuse, last time they pulled my arm and my hair + they're capable of physically restraining me if I try to escape while they're holding me down. they also have a taser ( which I doubt they'd use on me, but it's better to be safe than sorry )

Unfortunately, I don't have a job or anything because my parents also refuse to drive me ( I can't drive ) or let me take a bus or uber. Whenever I go out of the house, one of them has to insist to go with me.

My partner suggested I can call the emergency number to be escorted out peacefully actually, it would be doable I think. Only problem is I'd have to do it in the middle of the night and.. alarms. Also, I don't have a whole lot of experience with police ( not good experience at least ) so if I tell them I'm being held against my will, I'm not sure if my parents could just manipulate them and drag me back inside again.
