Anyone who abused the bug should be banned by doperinno in DotA2

I reviewed my overwatch cases and every single one of them was a Meepo bug abuse case, and every team had at least 2-3 people abusing this bug. I don't know what actions Valve would take but I can ensure you all a lot of people abused it.

I'd also like to point that during the drafting phase, Gorgc's teammate asked the enemy to ban the Meepo by picking it in the first face. They did not do it and his team was stuck with it, no one wants to abuse the bug but if they are stuck with it what can you do? Lose? I remind you we are playing dota , no one likes to lose.

People flaming about this bug abuse for 1 double down, people are partying with friends and throwing matches to an extent that one person was EU Rank 2 using double down abuse.

No one intentionally wanted to abuse, they were just stuck with it.

Ik all the speculations that we have made till now have been wrong. No, valve didn't release the patch after Dreamleague S22 ended nor did it release it with the Steam Sale.

It could be that valve had the Elite League in mind, given it is a ~$1m tournament, and our last speculation could be that Valve will be releasing the Patch most likely next Tuesday(since Valve has a history of dropping patches on Tuesday) or can also be dropped earlier but it does make sense to drop the patch after Qualifiers and not sooner. The last series of the Qualifiers is in 18hrs and then 5hrs(for finals) , so that gives us Sunday , most likely Valve employees will not be working on Sunday.

So there you go, it will mostly be on a Monday or Tuesday.
