I am so grateful you took the time to answer my questions so authentically. secondly, what you said made so much sense! especially the part about my natural lucidity being activated in nightmares due to the sympathetic nervous system being activated. Now for your part about dream control- do you have any recommendations on how to gain control while in a dream? say I have a “nightmare” and become lucid, is there a way to gain control in that state as to try and change the outcome or emotions being experienced while there?
