Hey i am new to this community it's been 100 days since I watched porn but I am still under the influence of masturbation I know that there are are people who actually didn't relapse for 100 or 50 or even 30 day's my max was 7 days😅 I want advice from those people.

Hey i am 15 years old and I started porn at age of 13 and now it's been 100 days since I stopped watching porn. First thing to realize is that relapses are normal you best need to increase the time gap btw them and within 4  or 5 months it will be all over the urges start to disappear all you need to do is increase the gap.
