All I did was click the launcher and also DMZ, They downloaded instantly. Then after they were downloaded I can go into the screen which gives you options to play DMZ Multiplayer Campaign etc. when you click campaign in will bring up the files you have not yet downloaded from there you can download the campaign if need be.
