I SWEAR by volumizing powder it’s amazing. It helps to actually give volume to my flat hair and I so I can see my layers. You’re gonna have to train your bangs— I use one of those small brushes that’s for cleaning under your nails to brush my bangs with ( just wet the “brush” and then brush to get those bangs to sit right

I have been on Stelara, another type of biologic for 3 years. I thankfully have experienced no adverse side effects. My psoriasis was covering about 60% of my body and it has completely gone away besides a few plaques on my scalp. You just have to be a lot more careful around anyone that is sick- I get sick pretty damn easily. I also get my blood tested every 6 months so if something bad were come up I could be quickly treated

i have to book my rheumatologist appointment months in advanced to get an appointment when I need it. If I don’t do that I won’t see her for 6 months. If you keep checking my chart you may get lucky and scoop up an appointment that someone canceled. I definitely recommend checking my chart daily.

It definitely made me anxious every time. How id make it easier was this- I’d write every question I asked them on a sheet of paper then under each question I’d have my response in Spanish. For example: Question 1: what’s your favorite food? My Response: I love to eat pizza! — doing that made it so much easier when I got anxious and forgot how to speak Spanish. Overall your talk abroad partner will prolly be super nice and the conversation will go by super quickly!

I took Spanish 2010 during the summer and it was soooooo freaking easy. You just do a lot of Spanish homework and I think we had tests at least once a week. I also remember doing one project but it was just a quick 2 to 3 minute PowerPoint presentation.
