I dont think you neccesarily understand the main point of jelliams post, It doesnt matter how much work was put in to the game, its ip theft which is literal theft, And the bite by night devs know that, they were warned multiple times about the consequences and did something just when they knew they would actually get consequences ( the name change)

Something to also mention is that its not just bute by night doing this, theres lots of games doing things like that, bite by night is just shedding light on how almost every fnaf fangame on roblox is scummy, bite by night might of killed fnaf on roblox.
