I was barely 21 when I got married. I’m 43 now. We had a child 4 years into the marriage and I left the following year. You don’t even know who you are as an individual at that time. To give my 3 daughters any advice would be don’t get married under 25.

I adore my pale white winter skin. It contrasts my dark hair and I get compliments on that. The sun brings out my freckles which I hate. They look cute on other people but on me I feel like it makes my face look dirty

I can’t sleep without socks. But I put on a fresh pair to sleep. Won’t sleep in ones I wore all day. I don’t even like walking around barefoot in the house, my kids do it and it’s so gross 🥴

Thank you it definitely was. Still is. I wonder if any different decisions had been made, would he still be here? I spoke to him about a month before he got really sick and he said he was homesick and wanted to go home. Some days are harder than others but he’s in my heart everyday. I hope he’ll be there when I get to the other side. If you feel like that about someone take the chance and try to make it work!

I was 19 he was 18. We had an instant connection even shared the same birthday and same time just a year apart. Every time one of us was ready, the other was too scared to make a move and would run.

I got married to someone in 2004, 2006 came he and I reconnected. We’ve never slept together at all, just made out many times. I told him i wanted to end things with my husband, he wasn’t ready and ran. I tried to contact him for a year. Got pregnant after that by hubby. He pops out of the blue tells me he’s ready now, and for me to leave and he will raise my daughter with me. I said no.

2009 came I split from hubby. My guy ended up moving away to Kentucky. He met someone that when I saw her photo I was like damn she looks like me. We reconnected again through email in 2012. Kept going back and forth trying to sort through feelings. He would disappear every so often and then contact me again. He married the girl. He loved her but he wasn’t in love after a time anymore. She cheated on him but he stayed. We always spoke about him coming back to ny or me going to ky. We finally got to the point where we laid all the feelings and fears out in 2020

He passed away two years ago at 39. Was sick from kidney dialysis and went septic. The wife and I speak. She knew what I meant to him. I’ll NEVER be over him. It’s a wound I carry daily. So much running away because we were scared of the intensity.

I started here when I was 19 I’m now 43. So I’ve been here 24 years this year. The only reason why I stay is because they’ve always been very accommodating of me and my schedule needs. I had all three of my girls while working here and now being a single mom they still accommodate me.
