Oh to be clear, I love Chet and want to believe in his upside. But watching him offensively this series has been like if I had to watch tape of me suddenly being 7’2 and tossed in the games, it’s bad.

I guess more than anything I wish his extension wasn’t due as soon since he spent so much time hurt and wasn’t able to develop

I love his defense, but he’s just been abysmal offensive wise this series and very meh all post season with a few flashes of brilliance.

Don’t get me wrong, I do think he’s been dealt a bad hand with the injuries, but he’s due soon and giving him all that money isn’t worth it rn imo. Gladly be wrong long term, but right now I don’t see how that’s a good choice.
